Q: Which SaaS companies already use Frigg?

Over the past two hears, we have launched +10 integrations for Ironclad, Crossbeam, FastSpring, Clyde, and Canva leveraging Frigg.

Importantly, not every integration provided by these companies is running on Frigg.

Frigg-powered integrations work alongside other technologies and approaches (i.e. in-house, iPaaS, externally built, etc) and can be mixed into any pre-existing directory, app store/marketplace, or settings page via API.

Q: How many pre-built connectors (API Modules) are ready-to-use?

As of December 2023, we have ~40 API Modules ready to use. Some big names include Crossbeam, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Gorgias, and monday.com. See them all!

Q: Is Frigg a part of Left Hook? What’s the relationship?

Left Hook builds integrations for SaaS clients. After 5+ years spent honing our approach to direct/native integration development, we distilled our learnings into a reusable software framework. Rather than keep Frigg to ourselves, we decided to open source the product so it can be more readily adopted and continuously improved by a larger community of developers.

While Left Hook does sell professional services around implementations, we’re committed to Frigg becoming a fully independent open source organization. But for now, Left Hook remains Frigg’s lead developer and custodian.

Q: What tech stack does Frigg leverage, and what skills do my engineers need to use it?

Frigg’s backend is built in Node.JS and is distributed through NPM (Create Frigg App). Frigg runs on serverless providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and many more. Frigg also offers some front-end components built in React.JS.

Q: How much does Frigg cost? (TL;DR: It’s free!)

Frigg is free to use with no strings attached. It is available under the MIT License, which means your company will have total freedom to modify or customize the underlying code. While contributing code back to the open source project is strongly encouraged, it’s not required by the MIT license.
