Slack’s “slash command” UI takes non-techies some time to learn, but once inculcated they love the speed and ease of use. The release of Actions allows users to take frequent actions (i.e. “Add this Task To Do list”) with a simple keystroke or pull-down menu choice, all w/o leaving Slack’s UI.
