User Experience Notes Explained
Use cases for a Clio app include a wide range of traditional API-driven data movement, i.e. copying contacts from Clio into another CRM, or importing all the PDFs from a Google Drive folder into a Matter. Going further, Clio recently released some additional functionality that allows us to embed Custom Actions inside the Clio UI. This will allow Clio users to effect actions in your SaaS from within its UI, unleashing many new and powerful use cases.
